Custom Printed Caps
Printed Caps are designed to combine practical headwear construction with customized visual graphics. Fabric & Material Options
Printed Caps can be manufactured using cotton, cotton twill, canvas, polyester, nylon, denim, or blended fabrics. Fabric selection can be matched to the required style and printing method. Crown & Panel Construction
The caps can be produced using five-panel or six-panel construction with structured or unstructured crowns. Crown height, panel dimensions, seam placement, and overall shape can be customized. Printing Options
Different printing techniques can be used depending on the design and material. Screen printing is suitable for selected logos and graphics, while heat-transfer printing can be used for detailed artwork and lettering. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive rubbing, and high heat. Allow the cap to air dry naturally and store it in a clean, dry location.
