What's the minimum order?
30 pieces per style/colorway. No maximum — we run everything from first drops to 1,000+ piece reorders.
Do you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. Every run gets a physical sample for your approval before bulk cutting starts — that's built into the process above.
How does shipping work?
Door-to-door, worldwide. Your order ships tracked from Sialkot straight to your warehouse or 3PL.
What's the design lock-in fee?
A one-time fee that reserves your spot in the sample queue and locks your spec sheet. It's credited toward your bulk order.
How long does a run take?
Timeline depends on technique and quantity — you'll get an exact production and ship date once your spec is locked.
I don't have a tech pack or finished design — can you still help?
Yes. Send a rough idea, reference image, or even a sketch and we'll build out the tech pack and mockup with you before anything goes into sampling.
